Devojacki bunar is a unique natural reserve with specific flora and fauna. General environmental conditions, eolian relief and particular microclimate attract people in enjoying in benefits of Devojacki Bunar. It is located near the Alibunar, and is close to major urban centers, Belgrade, Pancevo and Vrsac.


Devojacki bunar has many hiking trails, jogging trails, handball courts, and courts for outdoor and indoor soccer. For the youngest visitors special purpose playground was built in 2008. The existing pool is a major attraction during the summer and during the school year there are day trips for organized for students and teachers for educational purposes.


Development plans are made to make this resort raised to the level it deserves, because natural resources are under-used. Design of the resort development would included building free and green spaces, sports fields, children's playgrounds, roads and trails for walking ...


There are many legends that explain the name of the resort. It is told that when the well was built, girls would gathered around the well and carry water totiered workers. Therefore the resort got the name Maiden's Well.
